Our ONLINE - Basic Gelato Class has two parts:
 
Morning - Part 1 - Theory
In the first part, we will teach you about the basics of Artisan Gelato & Homemade Ice cream.
We will explain the purpose of each ingredient and the different production methods.
 
Afternoon – Part 2 – Hands-On
In the second part, we will teach you how to make your own Ice cream.
We will explain which machines and tools you can select for your ice cream production.
You will make at least four different Ice cream recipes by yourself.
You have the opportunity to make your ice cream with your selected ice cream machine.
 
 
After the ice cream production, you are able to stock your ice cream you made at home.
Great for give your self-made ice cream to your friends or family.
